Who we are

ΛNTΛ Biotech (“ΛNTΛ”, “we”, “us”) is an early-stage biotechnology company based in San Diego, California. This policy explains what personal information we collect through anta.bio (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email hello@anta.bio.

What we collect

Information you give us

• Contact form: your name, email address, organization, the reason for your inquiry, and your message.
• Job applications: your name, email address, LinkedIn profile URL, the position you are applying for, your cover letter, and your resume (or a link to it). Please do not include sensitive personal information — such as government ID numbers, health or medical details, or financial information — in your application.

Information collected automatically

The Site is hosted on Squarespace, which collects standard technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring site — using cookies and similar technologies. See “Cookies” below.

Links you share with us

If you share a link to a document on a third-party service (for example Google Drive or Dropbox), that service’s own privacy terms govern the document. We only access the document you share, for the purpose you shared it.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you.
• To review and evaluate job applications and communicate with you about roles.
• To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Job applicants

Application information is used only for recruiting and hiring. It is shared internally with the people involved in hiring for the role, which may include our founders, team members, and advisors. If you are not selected, we keep your application for 12 months so we can consider you for future roles, then delete it — unless you ask us to delete it sooner, which you can do at any time by emailing hello@anta.bio. If you are hired, your application becomes part of your employment record.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, and only as needed for those services:

• Squarespace — website hosting and form processing (form submissions are stored in our Squarespace account and emailed to us).
• Email and document-storage providers — for corresponding with you and storing the documents you send us.
• Google Fonts — the Site loads fonts from Google’s servers, which may log your IP address when the font files are requested.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of ΛNTΛ or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or financing, in which case the successor will be bound by this policy.

Cookies

Squarespace uses essential cookies to make the Site work and, if enabled, analytics cookies to understand how the Site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may affect how the Site functions.

How long we keep it

• Contact inquiries: 24 months after our last correspondence.
• Job applications: as described under “Job applicants” above.
• Technical logs: per Squarespace’s retention practices.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@anta.bio. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law.

California residents

If you are a California resident — including as a job applicant — you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and share it, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise your rights, email hello@anta.bio. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Where we process data

We are based in the United States and process information here. If you contact us from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above.
